Super fun things, and boring things you have to do in your everydaylife
Elisabet Clausén
Abstarct: In Elizabeth's everyday lives are a variety of factors that affect her mood. Super fun stuff, and half the fun things, which together contribute to her feel hope, joy and self-confident. Elizabeth also has a host of bad things in her everyday life that create anxiety, stress and boredom in her life. The aim of this study is to see how much fun things Elizabeth has to perform in their daily lives, compared with the boring stuff and the effects this has on her overall health.
Background: Elizabeth has different degrees of funny and sad things to do in her everyday life. Funny things can be to eat lasagna, run, go to the gym, watching south park, petting the dog (when he does not smell disgusting from the mouth), etc. Examples of bad things in her daily life could be writing reports, reading scientific reports, and eat bad potatoes, listen to the echo news, discover that the lasagna is over, etc. The two factors, funny and sad things, affect Elizabeth's mood. A day with predominantly fun stuff Elizabeth feeling happy and harmonious. A day with predominantly boring stuff Elizabeth feeling down and discouraged. This in turn may affect Elizabeth's physical and mental health.
Methods: We used in the study 1 participants (age between 20-21). Through questions about the person's fun and tedious chores in one day, gathered data to compare the two factors in relation to each other.
Result:
Discussion: This is the first study to show Elizabeth's daily activities in the relationship between funny and sad things. When Elizabeth was super fun things she felt for the moment very happy and bubbly. When she was half the fun things slipped while tanks into the tedious chores she later had to perform. While Elizabeth did really bad things seemed all dark and sad, but when she, however, was done with them, she felt very very happy. This shows that it can be helpful to have some bad elements in their everyday life to feel extra super happy when she no longer has left these tasks to perform. The study also shows that no one should eat up Elizabeth's lasagna residues, since this may result in severe disaster.
